CVSS v3.1 |
| A flaw was found in sssd. A local user can cause a Denial of Service (DoS) by exhausting the responder service's available file descriptors (system handles used for open connections). By opening and maintaining many concurrent connections to a responder socket while continuing to queue new connection attempts, an attacker can trigger an unthrottled retry loop. This condition leads to high CPU utilization and stalls the service, preventing legitimate identity and authentication requests from being processed. |
| Payload is a free and open source headless content management system. In versions from 3.40.0 before 3.88.0 and canary versions before 4.0.0-canary.27, an attacker can craft a redirect URL parameter that sends a guest user to an untrusted destination after the authentication flow completes. This issue is fixed in versions 3.88.0 and 4.0.0-canary.27. |
| Payload is a free and open source headless content management system. In @payloadcms/plugin-mcp versions from 3.61.0 until 3.88.0, an authenticated user can manage MCP API keys outside the intended account, enabling privilege escalation through account takeover. This issue is fixed in version 3.88.0. |
| Authorization bypass through a user-controlled key in the optional Amazon Q Business Lambda hook sample ( q-business-lambda-hook https://github.com/aws-solutions-library-samples/qnabot-on-aws/blob/main/source/docs/lambda_hooks/README.md ), available with QnABot on AWS versions 7.0.0 through 7.4.5, might allow an authenticated remote user to read arbitrary Amazon S3 objects in the deploying AWS account. This sample solution provides an example Lambda hook and requires separate, manual deployment and additional setup. It is not deployed automatically with QnABot. Customers who have not deployed this optional sample hook are not affected and do not need to take action.
To remediate this issue, affected customers should update the QnABot on AWS stack to version 7.4.6 or later and then redeploy the Amazon Q Business Lambda hook sample stack. Updating the QnABot on AWS stack alone does not deliver the fix. |
| A missing authorization vulnerability in the wgagent management daemon's session initialization function allows an authenticated, low-privileged user (including a read-only or guest administrator account) to crash the wgagent process and read arbitrary files accessible to the daemon by submitting a specially crafted management API request. |
| Vim is an open source, command line text editor. From 9.2.0469 until 9.2.0843, popup_mark_opacity_zindex() in src/popupwin.c can use a negative w_winrow for a text-property-anchored popup with clipwindow and opacity, indexing before the screen array instead of accounting for w_popup_topoff and causing an out-of-bounds read and conditional write. This issue is fixed in version 9.2.0843. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ALSA: virtio: reset device before deleting virtqueues
virtsnd_remove() and virtsnd_freeze() delete the virtqueues before
resetting the device. del_vqs() frees the vring backing, but does not
provide a generic device quiesce operation. In particular, modern
virtio-pci keeps enabled queues active until the device is reset.
Reset the device before deleting the virtqueues so it can no longer
access the vring memory when that memory is released. This also covers
probe failures after DRIVER_OK, which unwind through virtsnd_remove(). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
firmware: arm_scpi: reject DVFS OPP count above MAX_DVFS_OPPS
scpi_dvfs_get_info() already rejected a zero opp_count, but still trusted
any larger value from the SCP firmware. The shared-memory reply only holds
MAX_DVFS_OPPS entries in buf.opps[]; a bigger count over-reads that array
and then sizes the allocated OPP table incorrectly (garbage OPPs / OOB).
The missing upper bound dates back to the original SCPI DVFS support.
Reject zero and out-of-range counts in one check and return -EINVAL. |
| Pexip Infinity before 41.1 is affected by improper input validation in the media implementation that allows a remote attacker to trigger a software abort resulting in a denial of service. |
| RabbitMQ is a messaging and streaming broker. From 3.13.0 until 3.13.19, 4.0.24, 4.1.15, 4.2.10, and 4.3.5, RabbitMQ Management rendered an AMQP authorization-error reason containing an attacker-controlled queue name as HTML when the OAuth management UI was enabled. Exploitation requires an attacker with queue configure permission, a management administrator who can see but cannot read that queue, and the administrator clicking Get Message(s). A queue name containing a base element can then retarget the automatic relative refresh because the Content Security Policy omits base-uri and connect-src, and an attacker endpoint that permits the management origin through CORS can receive the victim's Authorization header. This issue is fixed in versions 3.13.19, 4.0.24, 4.1.15, 4.2.10, and 4.3.5. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: skbuff: do not leave stale header offsets after pskb_carve()
pskb_carve_inside_header() and pskb_carve_inside_nonlinear() remove
the first bytes of a packet and reallocate skb->head.
All the headers that were present before the operation are gone,
but both functions call skb_headers_offset_update(skb, 0), which
is a no-op : skb->mac_header, skb->network_header,
skb->transport_header and skb->csum_start keep their old values and
now describe bytes which are no longer there.
Both helpers size the new head from the old skb_end_offset(), so the
stale offsets still land inside the new allocation. They point past
skb_tail_pointer() though, to bytes that were never initialized.
pskb_carve_inside_nonlinear() is the worst case, because it leaves a
zombie skb with an empty linear part (skb->data ==
skb_tail_pointer(skb), skb_headlen(skb) == 0), while
skb_mac_header_was_set() is still true and skb->mac_header is way
ahead of skb->data.
The only user of pskb_extract() is rds_tcp_data_recv(), and the
carved skb is queued on tinc->ti_skb_list. When the RDS incoming
message is released, rds_tcp_inc_free() calls skb_queue_purge(),
which frees the skbs with SKB_DROP_REASON_QUEUE_PURGE. This is
visible from drop_monitor, which then tries to pull back to the
(bogus) mac header :
skbuff: __skb_pull(len=234)
skb len=6968 data_len=6968 headroom=0 headlen=0 tailroom=0
end-tail=384 mac=(234,14) mac_len=14 net=(248,40) trans=288
shinfo(txflags=0 nr_frags=1 gso(size=1428 type=16 segs=5))
csum(0x100120 start=288 offset=16 ip_summed=3 complete_sw=0 valid=1 level=0)
hash(0x7b446c6c sw=0 l4=1) proto=0x86dd pkttype=0 iif=60
kernel BUG at ./include/linux/skbuff.h:2847!
Add skb_carve_reset_headers() to mark the mac and transport headers
as not set, reset the network header, clear skb->mac_len, and drop
a now meaningless CHECKSUM_PARTIAL (csum_start no longer describes
anything).
Invalidate the inner offsets as well. Unlike mac_header and
transport_header they have no "unset" sentinel, so a leftover
non-zero value still looks like a real header. Zero
skb->inner_mac_header, skb->inner_network_header,
skb->inner_transport_header, skb->inner_protocol and
skb->encapsulation, so that all the header state is invalidated in
one place.
v2: fixed an inaccurate changelog. The stale offsets stay inside the
new skb->head, which is never smaller than the old one, they
simply point past skb_tail_pointer() to bytes that are gone.
Thanks to Xuanqiang Luo for insisting on this.
Also invalidate the inner header state, as suggested by the
netdev AI review :

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: mvpp2: prevent buffer overflow in page_pool allocation
The per‑processor buffering scheme is supported only if the
number of pools (nrxqs * 2) does not exceed MVPP2_BM_MAX_POOLS (8).
This is already checked in mvpp2_probe() during the initial
activation of percpu_pools.
However, mvpp2_change_mtu() may later call
mvpp2_bm_switch_buffers(priv, true) without this check, which can
lead to an out-of-bounds access in the priv->page_pool array in
mvpp2_bm_init(). The array is sized to hold MVPP2_PORT_MAX_RXQ
entries, and mvpp2_get_nrxqs() may return exactly that value. The
per-CPU scheme then doubles it to nrxqs * 2, exceeding the array
bounds.
Check that the hardware version is MVPP22 or newer and that the
number of pools (nrxqs * 2) does not exceed MVPP2_BM_MAX_POOLS
before switching to per-CPU mode.

| StableLib is a stable library of useful TypeScript and JavaScript code. Prior to 2.0.4, the @stablelib/cbor CBOR map decoding path creates ordinary JavaScript objects and assigns attacker-controlled keys with bracket assignment. A map key named __proto__ invokes the inherited prototype setter instead of creating an ordinary own property, allowing the decoded object's prototype to contain attacker-controlled authorization or feature-flag values. Downstream code that trusts normal property lookup or merges the decoded object can therefore make security-sensitive decisions using inherited attacker data. This issue is fixed in version 2.0.4. |
| StableLib is a stable library of useful TypeScript and JavaScript code. Prior to 2.0.4, the @stablelib/cbor decoder recursively processes nested CBOR arrays, maps, and tags through _decodeValue() without enforcing a maximum nesting depth. A sufficiently deep structure exhausts the JavaScript call stack, causing a decoding exception and potentially terminating an uncaught request worker or process. This issue is fixed in version 2.0.4. |
| Handlebars provides the power necessary to let users build semantic templates. From 4.0.0 until 4.7.10, Handlebars.compile() and Handlebars.precompile() accept pre-parsed AST objects while validating only selected PathExpression, NumberLiteral, and BooleanLiteral values. This issue bypasses the AST validation introduced in version 4.7.9 for CVE-2026-33937. An attacker who can supply an object instead of a template string can place JavaScript expressions in unchecked values such as Program.blockParams.length, a non-PathExpression parameter depth, a non-string StringLiteral.value, or a non-string PathExpression.original. The compiler emits those values into generated JavaScript, causing code execution in the server process when compile output renders or wherever precompile output is loaded. Applications that pass only template strings are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 4.7.10. |
| Vim is an open source, command line text editor. Prior to 9.2.0847, runtime/autoload/vimball.vim allows a crafted vimball member named .VimballRecord to overwrite the installation record with attacker-chosen commands. When vimball#RmVimball() later processes the matching record entry, the stored Ex commands, including operating-system commands invoked through :!, execute with the privileges of the user running Vim. This issue is fixed in version 9.2.0847. |
| Handlebars provides the power necessary to let users build semantic templates. From 4.0.0 until 4.7.10, Handlebars lookupProperty returns Function.prototype.constructor before applying the prototype-access deny list because constructor is an own property of Function.prototype. When an attacker can render a controlled template with allowProtoMethodsByDefault enabled and an accessible function in the template context, the template can traverse from that function through its prototype to Function.prototype and then obtain the Function constructor through the own-property bypass. This permits attacker-controlled JavaScript to execute with the server application's privileges. This issue is fixed in version 4.7.10. |
| An authenticated remote attacker with specific permissions can read or write files on the platform filesystem beyond the intended scope through specially crafted requests and/or crafted file uploads to the Network Provisioning Image Repository. |
| Vim is an open source, command line text editor. Prior to 9.2.0839, the runtime/ftplugin/sh.vim, runtime/ftplugin/zsh.vim, and runtime/ftplugin/ps1.vim filetype plugins pass attacker-controlled Visual-mode selections from K through keywordprg commands without safely separating shell arguments. fnameescape() and PATH_ESC_CHARS do not neutralize shell metacharacters before ShKeywordPrg, ZshKeywordPrg, or GetHelp invokes bash, zsh, or PowerShell, allowing arbitrary operating-system commands to execute with the privileges of the user running Vim. This issue is fixed in version 9.2.0839. |
